    Phone or send the form and describe the problem, smoke coming back, a damper stuck shut, a dryer that runs twice, and we will match it to the right visit.

  2. Camera before anything else

    The camera runs the full length of the flue before a brush goes near it, with the picture on a monitor you are welcome to watch.

  3. The agreed work

    For a sweep, brushes and a HEPA vacuum. For a repair, whatever the camera found, crown, cap, flashing or liner.

  4. Photos and plain answers

    The before and after photos are yours, and anything extra the camera spotted is explained in everyday words before it reaches an invoice.

Good to know before you phone us

Do you really cover all eleven counties from Cherry Hill?

How often should a chimney be swept?

The NFPA 211 standard advises an inspection at least once a year, since the deposits behind a chimney fire are rarely visible from the room. Whether a sweep is also needed depends on what the inspection shows.

We heat with gas and rarely use the fireplace. Do we still need a chimney service?

Yes. About 81 percent of Cherry Hill homes heat with gas, and many of their chimneys were built for coal or oil. Gas exhaust is cool and full of water vapor, and in a flue that is too large it can condense and wear away the mortar from inside. A camera pass is the only way to see it.

Do you clean dryer vents and air ducts, or only one of them?

Both, and they are two separate jobs. Dryer vent cleaning removes lint between the dryer and the outside hood. Air duct cleaning covers the supply and return side of your heating and cooling system, and when your ducts do not need it, we tell you.

What if the camera turns up a problem?

You will see it on the screen first, and we take photos of it. No repair happens until you understand what was found and why it matters.
